The undercard for the December 16, 2010 Championship bout featuring Dmitriy Salita (31-1-1,16 KO) vs. Mike Anchondo (30-3, 19 KO) is promised to be action packed featuring great talent.

On the undercard, fight fans will be pleased to see the ring return of Polish light middleweight, Pawel Wolak from Mount Arlington, NJ, 27-1, 17 KO’s. Wolak will bring his aggressive style as he takes on Colorado’s, Elco Garcia, 23-7, 12 KO’s.. Wolak was born in Debica, Poland and moved to America at the age of nine. After 50 amateur fights, Wolak turned professional in the summer of 2004. Wolak last beat hot prospect James Moore in an impressive ten round decision in Yankees Stadium.

Universal Boxing GYM will feature Golden Gloves Champion Rafael Vasquez (2-0), Rafael is an aggressive fast rising lightweight prospect. Also appearing on the card is Jonathon Cuba (4-2), three times Golden Gloves finalist and Rajiv Bhattacharya (4-0) tall slim southpaw, investment banker turned boxer, with quick hands and great power.

The card will also feature two other Jewish fighters: Eilon Kedem, an Israeli boxer who learned to box in the Israeli army, and Boyd Melson, 2008 Olympic Team Alternate and four times U.S. Army boxing champion.

More undercard bouts will be announces shortly.

As an exciting and unconventional twist to boxing, reggae superstar, Matisyahu will accompany Dmitriy into the ring, and will bless the night with a special performance.
